I Shop JW is both a marketplace and directory. Some friends sell directly on ISJW and others list their products  here and link them to an outside product or source. We created this website as a way for our brothers and sister to support one another without browsing apostate or offensive material since we found that many other marketplace websites allow items like those in their search results.

• Do I need to register to purchase items?

No, you do not need to register to purchase an item. However we highly recommend it. Without registering, you may not be able to correspond with the seller back and forth and also will not have access to your order history. If you purchase a digital download, you won’t be able to download the files from our website if you ever lose your email copy.

Registering also allows you to follow your favorite sellers, favorite items you’d like to purchase later & bookmark services you want to try. All in all, there’s nothing to lose and much to gain!

• How do I find things on the site?

You can find products on the website by browsing all available products, Product Categories and by browsing individual shops. You can sort products by price, color and location.

You can also search the website by clicking the magnifying glass in the menu at the top of the page.

• I have a specific question about a product. What should I do?

If you have a specific question about any product offered through ishopjw.com, you can use the ‘ask a question’ button on the seller’s shop page. The seller will receive an email notifying them of your question and they will respond as quickly as they can with all relevant information.

• How Do I Report a Problem with an Order?

We hope that problems will not arise with any orders, but if you happen to find an issue with a package that has arrived, you can use the ‘ask a question’ button on the seller’s shop page. The seller will receive an email notifying them of your issue and they will respond as quickly as they can with all relevant information.

I Shop JW is a free service and so we do not moderate issues between sellers and buyers. We encourage all sellers to resolve issue between themselves. And if all else fails, We recommend selling and buying through Paypal because they already have an amazing support and dispute system for anyone who purchases or sells through their platform.

I Shop JW is a marketplace that never comes into possession of the listed items, which also means we don’t ship them. Delivery times vary according to the seller. Delivery information is usually displayed on the product page.

• Is your site secure?

ISJW offers all our customers the highest level of security possible on all orders. Since we do not process payments, we are never in possession of any funds or credit card information. We pass the funds along directly from you to the seller instantly.
