How Do I Download My Purchase?

Downloads are sent to the email you provided at checkout instantly and are also available for you to download via your orders page if you registered before purchasing. You can find your order page here:

If you did not get your download, please check your SPAM, JUNK or PROMOTIONS folders for our email.

Sometimes email providers will automatically filter emails from new or unknown email address into those folders to protect you. This can inadvertently cause you to not receive the email in your main inbox folder.

If after looking in those folders you still don’t see it, head over to the forums or send us an email so we can get it sorted for you.
